TUITION AND POLICIES
Registration: A registration fee of $25.00 per family is payable upon registration for enrollment to the studio each year (including returning students). All students must pre-register. The registration fee is non-refundable.
Tuition: All tuition must be paid in advance before the start of each session. Payment dates must be met for continued student participation in classes. Lionville School of Dance does not offer refunds or exchanges regarding tuition fees.
Classes: Class size will be limited and placement will be based on a first come first serve basis. Audition classes are available for proper placement of the students.
If a credit is incurred for class (es), it can be used for a comparable class in the same term in which occurred (credits cannot be carried over to another term).
Absences: Students who give prior notice of an absence (i.e., illness, appointment conflict) will be offered make up classes. The makeup class must be a comparable class and 'made up' within the term in which the absence occurred (including snow days).
Attendance/Behavior/Attire: Regular attendance is essential for your child's progress and development. All students are requested to arrive on time for their lesson. Any student arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to observe the class.
Students are asked to conduct themselves in an orderly fashion while on the premises and to arrive in the attire appropriate tor their class.
Discontinuation of Class(es): Any student who decides to discontinue a class or classes must notify the studio by phone or email. Class fees will be charged until the studio is notified of discontinuance.
LSOD Follows the Downingtown School District on school closings.
If DASD closes because of snow we will also be closed.
If there is a two-hour delay, we will not have morning classes.
If there is early dismissal or cancelation of afternoon activities then our evening classes will be canceled.
